Safe & Appropriate Use Of Fireworks
It is illegal to buy fireworks if you are under the age of 18. By placing your order & paying for it confirms to us that you are legally entitled to purchase the fireworks.
The safe and appropriate use of the fireworks is your responsibility. It is your responsibility to be familiar with the fireworks safety code
More information on the safe use of fireworks can be found on the Royal Society For The Prevention Of Accidents Website
You should familiarise yourself with each firework product prior to setting it up for firing. We would recommend that you read and follow all the printed instructions on the side of the fireworks. These instructions do not replace common sense. If there is conflicting information or if you have any queries regards how to use the product safely, ask before you use it. The safe operation of your fireworks is entirely your responsibility. No refunds will be given for fireworks that have been set up, fired or used incorrectly.
For those orgnaising a display, have a look at the government website for more information on how to plan and set up your fireworks responsibly.
Some additional safety information can be found on this factsheet.
In the unlikely event that some of your chosen fireworks are out of stock, we will replace the item(s) with fireworks of similar effect, size of similar or greater value.
Product Descriptions & Details
Whilst we aim to illustrate the exact appearance of our products online, at times there may be some significant variation between these images and the outward appearance of delivered product.
All durations are given as a guide. Listed durations are approximate and given in good faith as supplied by the product manufacturers. By the very nature of fireworks, there will inevitably be variation. From time to time, the variation between the listed duration and the actual duration can be very different.
Refunds, Returns & Damages
We will comply with all aspects of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and the Trade Description Regulations.
If your order cannot be fulfilled for whatever reason, you will be offered an extended delivery time or given a full refund at your discretion. No additional payments will be made.
